Shipping 

Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days once the order is shipped. We are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. Shipping carriers may get delayed due to holidays or weather. We use flat rate envelopes and boxes for shipping and offer free shipping on $100+ orders.

Returns 

Returns are valid up to 30 days after order on Notions items. Cut Fabric, Books, Patterns or Custom Longarm Quilts are non refundable. All sales are final on mercantile items.  If the item comes damaged or broken please contact me immediately. You will need both your receipt and a photo of the damage. We are also more than happy to exchange the item if we have more in stock. Please contact us if you have any questions on the order.
